[VTK ARB] Next VTK ARB meeting

It’s time for another VTK ARB meeting. There are a lot of exciting
developments that we need to discuss and coordinate. This includes VTK.js
(JavaScript implementation); VTK-m (support for emerging processor
architectures); and C++11 adoption and support.

I’ll soon survey for dates. I expect that we’ll meet sometime late in
August or early September.
