[VTK ARB] Re-Energizing the VTK ARB

Everybody has now responded to the poll, thank you!

Since we can all attend on March 5, 2-3pm, mark your calendar accordingly
(I'll be setting up an invite too).

I'm going to start on an agenda, if you have burning concerns please float
them and we'll do our best to cover the topic. I want to meet more often so
if we don't get to it this time, we'll tackle the issue shortly after.
