[VTK ARB] next ARB meeting : october 6th

At the next ARB t-con, I would like to discuss the advantages of using
google's gerrit http://code.google.com/p/gerrit/ for code reviews. ITK is
currently experimenting with gerrit http://vtk.org/Wiki/ITK/Gerrit.

Personally, I think it is a great mechanism for code review.
