[VTK ARB] Next meeting

I agree with your comments Bill! When it happens ... it is really good!

One other item we should add to the agenda for consideration is the use
of std:: in vtk as first raised by Bill. See the discussion in
vtk-developers for more info.

As regards meeting times:
1) Our University closes down tomorrow (18th) and does not open until
the 4th January.

2) I will be on leave 15-26 Jan.

If you need to hold a meeting in these times I should be available most
days thanks to Skype and the fact it will be late night or early morning
for me. So I have no real preferences.
