Planned use-cases under Paraview

Visualize scalar, vector, tensor surfaces: byu, vtp (xml).
Visualize scalar, vector, tensor volumes: Analyze, vti (xml).
Visualize landmarks. How to deal with annotations to be discussed at NAMIC.
Adapt an ITK program to a VTK plug-in running on Paraview. At NAMIC, try running with Beltrami filter developed by Mike Bowers of JHU.
Results of ITK-based processing should be storable in a scene and visualizable, which in turn can be saved to mrml file.

05/21-28 Michel wrap up new RepresentationNode (derived from ShapelessNode) and Slice, CompositeSlice, SurfaceDisplay, ImageDisplay nodes derived from it. Refactor Parser to populate these representation nodes, a vector of which is stored in each shaped and finish Writer classes.
05/24-28 Julien wrap up and demonstrate visualization of vti and vtp files, both directly and via a mrml file. Review status of Analyze, byu, again directly and via mrml.
