System gdcm

  • gdcm forked on ComplexSystemModeling/ on github
  • itk builds with systems_gdcm checked
  • patch for system_gdcm submitted to gerrit
  • bill (ryan) check the patch and reported errors, we are investigating.
  • System GDCM is now stable on Win XP VS10
  • two more patches in the pipeline for stabilizing system GDCM

infrastructure

  • build of our specific branch of itk
  • build up git level within the team
  • start cleaning our branches and fork of itk
  • build host for our branch of itk against linux, mac and windows:
    • cmake script working and stable,
    • vboxes not stable, still working on it.

next week

  • stabilize build hosts
  • WIn 7 testing and stablization
  • update patch on gerrit, merge
  • re-enable GDCM errors in ITK (or at least in our fork of ITK) in repository
  • Resume merging of gdcm in ITK
    • by cherry picking the good fixes from mark/drew that are kept in the GDCM21Merge branch of our repository


Before June meeting

  • fix protocol support
  • fix streaming
  • implement RT-support
