Summary

0011608: Support new style of gitweb url

Description

gitweb use a new style of url, while cdash use the old style to generate link. It would be nice to have the option to use the new style (especially since they are mutually exclusive on a gitweb install).

Steps To Reproduce

Look at http://my.cdash.org/viewUpdate.php?buildid=128930 [^] for instance, if you click on a link it shows the startup page.
Because http://gitweb.kde.org/calligra.git;a=commitdiff;h=2001f23b2f9f4fe2aa97db42796300154b4d0489 [^] should now be http://gitweb.kde.org/calligra.git/commitdiff/2001f23b2f9f4fe2aa97db42796300154b4d0489 [^]
