Summary0009698: add test which tests cmake cvs HEAD against stable KDE4 branch
DescriptionStable kdelibs should be configured and at least part of it compiled. This will make sure that cmake cvs does not introduce any changes which break KDE.

Removed the obsolete test, it was not working anyway.
