Summary0009277: Database update is always needed
DescriptionI'm running CDash on Postgres host and always get the message "The current database shema doesn't match the version of CDash you are running, upgrade your database structure in the Administration/CDash maintenance panel of CDash". When I go there and upgrade it reports success but the message stays the same.

The table user was called without quotes, causing PgSQL to fail. We need to rename this table at some point. Thanks for the report.
