Summary0009154: build errors not issuing emails
DescriptionThe Trilinos team is seeing issues when build errors occur. There are no emails being sent even though I have confirmed that there are people signed up to receive emails when build errors occur. I have checked the cdash.log file for a few of the builds with errors and there is no mention of any emails going out.

The cdash version we are currently using was pulled from your svn repository I believe on 4/12/2009 so it is a development version, but I do not see where to get the full version number. The cdash webpages are reporting 1.5 though.
