Summary0008855: "Send Email To Authors" appears to be broken
DescriptionOn the manage coverage page:

The "Send Email To Authors" button prints debugging information at the top of the web page but apparently does not send an email. (Maybe I am not patient enough---I waited about 10 minutes.)

Does the text you see appears to be valid? if this is the case I'll remove the debug info and actually send the email

It appears to be valid; however, it looks like new-lines are missing between files and the coverage percentage uses a ridiculous number of significant digits.
