| Description | Two examples of the problem on VTKEdge dahsboard. Example 1: On Dec 8 2008 https://www.kitware.com/CDash/index.php?project=VTKEdge&date=2008-12-09 [^] "No file changed as of 2008-12-08T23:00:00 EST" which is wrong. The builds reported an update that actually happened: https://www.kitware.com/CDash/viewUpdate.php?buildid=17455 [^] version 704, Tue Dec 9 00:46:53 2008 UTC it was Dec 8 19:46:53 2008 EST Obviously, cdash gets confused by the change of day between UTC and EST and the nightly date is set at 23:00 ETC.
