Summary0007497: email should be sent when an expected nightly does not show up
DescriptionFor the first submission of a new day, perhaps when the svn/cvs updates are calculated, cdash should check the previous nights dashboard and look for expected nightlies that did not show up. It should then send email to the dashboard administrators or those that have signed up for that stuff and let them know. Perhaps there should be a way for site maintainers to register for an email at a specific time. Notify me by NN:NN if site YYY does not show up. But a first pass would be to have it done at the same time as the svn/cvs update stuff.

Implemented in current SVN. Seems to work but need some more testing to make sure everything works as expected.

This seems to be working. Note that CDash is sending an email every day when the expected build is not showing up.
