Summary0007329: nightly emails are too frequent
DescriptionCDash should be changed so that it sends out only one email per Nightly type build. You should be able to configure it to send email only for a specifiedc group as well. So, I could setup a project to only send email when something went wrong with "Nightly Expected". The continuous email should stay the same and send out for each build that fails. The nightly email should say something like:

There are issues (errors/warnings/test failures) with the nightly build for project: Name. Please check the nightly dashboard for the project here: (link to dashboard for project). This should be sent out when the first nightly comes in with an issue, but once it has been sent once, it should not send any more for nightly builds on the project.

IT would be good if you could exclude groups from the email. By default all nightly groups get email.

Another idea would be to give the project admin the ability to exclude a certain site from email notification.

I am reopening this bug, as there is now way to set a group to have no email.
