Summary0007019: email notification of nigthly builds
DescriptionI find annoying to receive 20 emails in the morning from 20 nightly builds for the same exact error.

Maybe a setting per user for nightly builds could be added: digest vs immediate emailing. It only makes sense for nightly dashboards though.

There is still the issue that sometimes some nightly builds are submitted really late in the day. Maybe sending in digest mode all nightly builds received until some given time specified by the user, after this time, send emails right away.

Also, I always look at the dashboard the day after I committed something. I
don't even need nightly build notification. Is it possible to disable email
notification per user?
