Summary0006601: project administrator cannot remove an expected build if it is not submitting
DescriptionSteps to reproduce:
Login to CDash as an administrator of at least one project
On the My CDash page, click on a "Manage project groups" link
Look through the list of Nightly Expected submissions for a build that did not submit today
  Expected: to find all *expected* builds in the list even if they did not submit today
  Actual: builds that did not submit today are not in the list

Look for a way to remove a non-submitting build from the expected list
  Expected: to find a way to remove a build
  Actual: no way to remove an expected status
