The CodeBlocks generator uses the support for makefile based projects in CodeBlocks, and using this it is currently not possible to customize the build command for object files so that they match the makefiles generated by cmake.

If somebody wants to have this working, please get in touch with the CodeBlocks developers, they need to add support for specifiying rules for building individual files in their project file format.
