Summary0005781: ADD_CUSTOM_COMMAND doesn't use COMMENT for VS projects
DescriptionAdded the following to a cmake file:
ADD_CUSTOM_COMMAND( TARGET target PRE_BUILD COMMAND dosomething.bat COMMENT "Executing Pre-build script"
          )

The comment should be added similar to how a Custom build would add the comment.
