Summary0004506: CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE should be consistent
DescriptionWhen using the nmake generator, CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE is set to Debug, when using the make generator, to empty. It would be nice if there was a way for the project to specify a default that is consistent. If that is not possible, the default setting should at least be consistent between generators.
