Summary0004332: Add optimized and debug options to LINK_DIRECTORIES
DescriptionIt would be very conveniant if the LINK_DIRECTORIES
could have the same <optimized | debug> keywords
as TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES has in order to control the
link directories dependent on Release or Debug builds.
