Summary	0004080: Add module to find Thousand Parsec C++ protocol library
Description	While trying to create a client for Thousand Parsec I had to write my own module which finds its C++ protocol library. So far the module is only tested on GNU/Linux. On Windows and Mac OS it should probably look in additional directories.
