Summary0003666: FIND_LIBRARY with wildcards
DescriptionMany libraries (e.g. Boost) are created with file name decorations specifying toolset, runtime, etc.

This makes platform independent building, since the libraries are called different things on different platforms.

If the FIND_LIBRARY function would support wildcards or regular expressions, the decoration issue would dissapear.
