0003085: Add in FindLittleCMS.cmake
While working on converting Scribus to cmake, I have found/hacked up a few cmake files. Please add (&perhaps change) if you see them as useful.

This one looks for one header file, however, it could certainly use pkg-config which it doesnt now. I may attach a later revision if I get to that. Right now, it serves my purpose and might be useful as a start.

I think there is one of these in kde, so I am moving it to Alex.

Craig, are you still interested in this ?
If so, would you maintain that file once it has been committed to cmake cvs ?
I have never used little CMS, so I'm not that competent here.

For this, a maintainer is needed.
I will not maintain this, since I have never used it.

The "backlog" status is intended to be used for this.
