After clicking "Submit" on this bug report I got these errors. It looks like this is an error when querying the new state of the bug tracker:

HOWEVER I did not realize this at first and went back to submit the bug again to see if the problem was reproducible. This produced duplicate entries 0002641 and 0002642 which I'm now closing

This is bug 0002640. I used to be able to reference another bug with this syntax but the links do not seem to be formed.

Perhaps the word "bug" must appear before the 0002640.

Looks like the problem with Layout
I removed layour for the bug reporting page and this seems to fixed the problem.

The newline formatting problem still seems to occur. I just updated bug 0002617 and everything got packed into one paragraph again.
