| Summary | 0002466: checking for a putenv() that copies the buffer... Segmentation fault | ||||
| Description | I use an Itanium system (ia64) with kernel 2.4.18-e.58smp During the config, the check for a putenv() that copies the buffer... causes a Segmentation fault (core dumped). Cmake then fails completely to build anything. I have edited the file paraview-2.4.0/Utilities/TclTk/tcl8.4.5/unix/configure and commented out the section checking for putenv and I was able to build pv2.4 Can you provide a solution to this problem (already existing in pv2.2.1)? TIA | ||||
