Summary0002086: Visual stuido sends c++ flags to c code
DescriptionCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS are passed to c files if a target contains both c and c++. When this bug is fixed, the complex.cxx file in Complex test should be fixed to re-enable the test for visual studio generators.
