Summary0001692: Custom Colors are not persistent
Description1.) Go to 3d View Properties
2.) Change background color
3.) Create a new color
4.) Choose "add to custom colors"
5.) Use the color
6.) Exit ParaView
7.) Open ParaView
8.) Go to 3d View Properties
9.) Change background color
...the custom color is gone...

As a side note related to this bug the default background color used when none has been set is not available in the color menu (and currently cannot be saved as a custom color). This makes it hard to return to this background color after exiting paraview. Several times I've had to reset it by manually reading the color out of the source code and entering the RGB values.
