DescriptionHi,

If I have somethings like this...

set (CMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME "Generic")
include(CMakeForceCompiler)
cmake_force_c_compiler( "arm-none-eabi-gcc" GNU)
cmake_force_cxx_compiler("arm-none-eabi-g++" GNU)

project(now_starts_the_project)

set (CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD 11)
set (CMAKE_CXX_EXTENSIONS OFF)

... then I do not get the expected -std=c++11 flags, when viewing with make VERBOSE=1.
Steps To Reproducesee above.

And do
sudo apt-get install binutils-arm-none-eabi gcc-arm-none-eabi libstdc++-arm-none-eabi-newlib libnewlib-arm-none-eabi
