Summary0015822: Need method to autogenerate #undef macros created with generate_export_header
DescriptionThe generate_export_header creates a header file with several macros. Right now, cmake users wishing to develop libraries must leak these headers to their users. Having a cmake method to generate an "undef export" header file would solve this.
