Summary0015179: Please set default CMAKE_{C,CXX}_FLAGS_DEBUG to -g -Og if -Og is available
Descriptiongcc-4.8 introduced the new -Og flag, to enable some minor optimizations which don't interfere with debugging. It would be nice to have this set by default in debug builds.
