Summary	0015056: Add rules to automatically add more Repository Credentials in addition to emails
Description	Repository Credentials for new users are filled by default with the user's email. This is useful for git repositories, but not for svn, where a ssh login is usually used instead. It would be great if we could define rules to construct additional Repository Credentials for new users. In our case the svn login is the local part of the email address (bob@example.com -> bob). This may be in the form of one search pattern and one replace pattern, like with sed, applied on a string containing all the user info: name & email; it's not perfect but I don't have a better idea right now.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional Information	The rational is: LDAP helps to automatically create the user, but we still need to manually add Repository Credentials for new users, this step can be forgotten and email alerts are then lost.
