Summary0014700: Errors in FILE COPY operations don't report failing cause
DescriptionIf a syscall makes copy fail (no space left on device, permission denied, ...), cmake does not report anything beyond "file COPY cannot copy file".

It would be very helpful to have the actual system error related to the failed copy.
