Summary0014437: Don't duplicate MSVC CRT binaries
DescriptionUse the standard MSVC CRT redist package to install the MSVC runtime (which will install it to the Windows SxS folder instead of duplicating it in the CMake installation folder as it is now)...
...and/or even better use the latest Visual Studio as they've given up on using the SxS for the MSVC runtime and it is simply installed to system32...
