Summary0014241: Enable support for ELF parsing on OpenBSD
DescriptionAttached diff enables ELF parsing support on OpenBSD.
Works quite well in my tests.
Tested on OpenBSD/amd64 with GNU make, BSD make, and Ninja.
We would like to have this in, because we are planning to switch our CMake-based ports to use Ninja.
