0014063: CPackRPM cannot build RPMs if paht contains '@' characters
If some file/dir packaged by CPack contain an @ character
in its name then CPackRPm fails.

I'm not sure this will be the definitive solution but at least it should work.

The attached patch corresponds to the
stage/CPackRPM-protectATinFilename

branch.

The patch fixes the problem, I can generate the RPM packages now.
