We have never updated the website to include a link to release candidates. I don't see the value in temporarily including a link to where all releases executables exist so people can get the RC.
I lean closer to having a hard link on the download page to the current release candidate, but even that could be a bad idea, as it could be inferred that we are going to support users trying out RC's instead of them being for people to test. |

Motivation: I asked people to try the latest rc1 to build our project (Slicer) and they reported they couldn't find the link on the CMake download page.
Since we provide already a link to the nightly build, providing a link allowing to download the latest release candidate would also make sens. Assuming we clearly what is a Release Candidate and what should be expected from it, the hard link option seems reasonable to me. |

I am going to work on having the website have a RC area, so that people can easily find them. I will try to have it added for 2.8.11 RC3 but I won't promise anything. |
