Summary0013544: Visual Studio 2012 Express not supported
DescriptionVisual C++ 2012 Express is not detected properly. The registry paths (and possibly other things) in the Express version differ from the paid MSVS versions.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional InformationThe new registry path is

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\WDExpress\\11.0_Config

Also, the IDE exe name is no longer VCExpress.exe, but rather WDExpress.exe.
