cmTryCompileExec.exe - System Error

The program Can't start because libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

The configuration continues, and build runs okay, but fails due to compiler error while wrapping.

Sending old, never assigned issues to the backlog.

(The age of the bug, plus the fact that it's never been assigned to anyone means that nobody is actively working on it...)
