DescriptionIn the "steps to reproduce", we can read:

  Reading Script: /home/jchris/Projects/sandbox/foo.cmake,url##http:/cmake.org

whereas the following is expected:

  Reading Script: /home/jchris/Projects/sandbox/foo.cmake,url##http://cmake.org [^]

It seems the problem occurs in cmCTestScriptHandler line 186. Calling "CollapseFullPath" on the string "/path/to/ctestscript.cmake,arguments" probably causes the arguments to be modified.

Sending old, never assigned issues to the backlog.

(The age of the bug, plus the fact that it's never been assigned to anyone means that nobody is actively working on it...)
