Summary0012907: Delete user incomplete / blocks creation of new user with equal name
DescriptionThe deletion of a user isn't complete. Traces of the delete account are stay in the database and avoid the recreation of a user with the same name and credentials but with different email address.

The user isn't properly removed from the database at least in table 'user2repository'.
Steps To ReproduceFrom a projects 'Manage Users'/'Register User' Tab do:

1.) Create user
2.) Delete user
3.) Try to create the same user again with a different email address.
