Summary0012809: Create a QValidator using voUtils::parseRangeString
Description
"parseRangeString is a utility function specialized in parsing a range. Returning an empty range for an empty string sounds like a reasonable option to me.

Regarding error, I could see a parameter named “errorString” passed by reference to the function.

Would also be interesting to consider the case where the entered range is Acceptable or Intermediate or Invalid.

I could also see the parseRangeString being used in custom QValidator that we could associated with a line edit.

For that reason, I would think we shouldn’t make to much assumption on the way the function is used."
