Summary	0012741: KEGG Pathway: Some compounds are not present
Description	Some KEGG pathways have incomplete reaction information for some compounds. In these instances, there are compounds with unknown producer or consumer reactions. While these compounds will appear in the hand-drawn pathway map, and the compound information will reference the pathways, the KGML of the pathway does not reference the compounds in question, as they have no associated reaction.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional Information	See screenshot for an example: path:ko00310 has an unknown reaction that produces Glycine. Glycine's internal information will list it as a member of this pathway, but the pathway KGML will not reference Glycine.
