Summary0012654: CMake allows dependency on non-existing tests
DescriptionDuring configuration step (and a CTest run afterwards) CMake does not complain that tests depends on non-existent tests.

ADD_EXECUTABLE(myExe)
ADD_TEST(NAME myTest COMMAND myExe)
SET_TESTS_PROPERTIES(myTest PROPERTIES DEPENDS myNonExistentTest)

Sending old, never assigned issues to the backlog.

(The age of the bug, plus the fact that it's never been assigned to anyone means that nobody is actively working on it...)
