We need to enable the sorting of extension packages in cdash by date
to fetch the latest one in the extension wizard

Jc> May be we could add an option "mostrecent", if true .. only the most recent files matching the request would be returned.

Fixed @ revision 2919.

Files will now be returned in descending order of the date of their associated build. If you pass a "mostrecent" parameter to the web API call for this method, it will only return the most recent match.
