Summary0011959: CMake does not write in defines into code::blocks projects files
DescriptionWhen CMake writes code::blocks files defines are not included,
attached is a patch which fixes this.

Steps To Reproducegenerate project file which has at least one define, look in the codeblocks XML and the define is not included anywhere.
Additional InformationThere is a patch available, that, when this patch is applied will allow QtCreator to read those defines.
