Summary	0011337: Mantis does not allow to view attachments online
Description	Clicking an attachment offers only one option: to download the attachment. This is probably due to wrong attachment mime type which cannot be set in Mantis.

Additional Information	Observed with attachments to issue 11334 in ITK.
