Summary0010947: Sorting by test timing does not work on index.php
DescriptionView page with data on it that shows multiple test timing values.
Click on the "Min" sub-column link under the Test column.

Expected:
data to sort low-to-high and then toggle to high-to-low when clicked again

Actual:
no apparent sorting occurs
