Summary0010897: CMake needs a BlueGene/P Platform File
DescriptionCMake currently needs more platform support to build on BlueGene/P machines correctly. Building a BlueGeneP platform file has been proposed as the right way to solve this, and I'm creating a bug in response to this thread on the mailing list:

Alex asked for this issue to be opened, so I've re-assigned to him. Our development of a *toolchain* file is proceeding by email discussion. This issue is about a *platform* file that may simplify user toolchain files.
