Summary0010399: 2.8.0 uses low resoultion title bar icon on Windows
Description2.8.0 uses low resoultion title bar icon on Windows where as 2.6.4 uses the nicer high resolution version. See attached image.

Its actually doing the right thing in 2.8, where it has multiple icons available and it picks one that fits the title bar best. CMake 2.6 didn't provide Qt with multiple icons to pick from.

If the icon chosen for the title bar needs improved, the icon should be edited.
But I prefer the one it is using now since its more clear and not blurred up.
