By default the tolerance is set to =.001 and I tried with different values and by using the tolerance value = 0.0001, I get a much cleaner data that I am looking for. <p>Have you tried reducing the spatial tolerance with the method
SetTolerance() of vtkSelectEnclosedPoints() ?</p>
<p>I have experienced a similar situation, and setting an
appropriate tolerance (e.g. a small fraction of the size of the
object) solved the problem.</p>
